Tell us about the job — 60 seconds

Framing, drywall, tile, paint and trim follow each other on schedule — not four contractors playing phone tag over one room.

Every trade between them — drywall, tile, paint, concrete, pavers — lands in one contract instead of five.

A written number after a real walkthrough. No day-rate creep, no surprise change orders once the walls are open.

Clean lines, flat walls, square trim, tight grout. The kind of finish you notice most when it is missing.

Homes, not job sitesWe work in the rooms you live in.
About AS Home Solutions MD
At AS Home Solutions MD we self-perform the lot — non-structural framing, drywall and finishing, painting, finish carpentry, tile, bathrooms, concrete, pavers and floor coatings. The crew that frames your basement is the crew that boards it, tapes it, paints it and trims it.
That is the point of hiring us. Renovations lose their time in the gaps between contractors; when the same hands run the whole sequence, there is no gap to fall into. Serving Frederick & Central Maryland, on clean work and straight answers.
What we do
Pick a trade to see what it covers, how we run it and what tends to drive the price — inside and out.

Interior walls, basements and additions framed square, plumb and to line — the layer everything else is only as good as.
Before and after
Same room, same corner, same window — the gold line is the only thing between the two. Drag across the photo to wipe the finished work away and see where it started.

Kitchen remodeling
Cabinets, counters, backsplash, lighting and floors replaced; vaulted ceiling repaired; layout kept as found.
Representative scopes of work rather than photographs of named jobs. See the photographs that are ours.
Off our own phones
No stylist, no wide-angle lens, no stock library — just what the work looked like on the day, in the order it happens: framing, board, finish.

What happens next
Tell us what is going on and we come out and look at it. You get a written price for the work in front of you — not a range, not a “starting from”, and not a number that moves once the job is open.

The finish, up close
This is what the last day on site actually looks like — the coat nobody sees, done slowly, because it is the one that decides how the paint sits.
Skim coat, second passOur approach
One ceiling or a whole basement build-out, the sequence does not change: we walk the real rooms, price it in writing, then run every trade the job touches in the order that keeps the next one from waiting.

We look at the actual rooms, talk through the finish you want, and put a clear number in writing before anything starts.
Every trade in the job gets sequenced up front, so framing, board, tile and paint land in the right order without dead days.
Floors covered, openings sealed, fixtures protected. The prep is what keeps the rest of your home out of the job.
Framing set true, board hung tight, tile laid to line, concrete poured level — each stage checked before the next covers it.
Sanded flat, caulked, cut in and raked with a light to catch what the eye misses, then touched up until it reads clean.
Debris out, surfaces wiped, and a final walk with you before we call it done. No shortcuts, no rushed finishes.

Where we work
That is the whole rule. If your home is inside a ninety-minute drive of our yard in Frederick, we work there — eight Maryland counties, Hagerstown across to Annapolis.
We hold the line on purpose. A short drive is what lets the same crew show up every morning, keeps us fluent in which county inspector is coming, and makes a punch-list visit a favour rather than a logistics problem.

Tick as many as you like. Most jobs are two or three of them at once, and I sort out the detail when I come and look. Nobody gets turned away for choosing the wrong box.
